GPRS / GPS real time vehicle tracking management system - cutting edge GPRS technology

Example Vehicle Tracking Reports

Every business has its own requirements from reporting.  The last thing we want is for you to be bombarded with information you may not need and don’t have the time to work through, especially in the case of large fleets.  So we don’t start by offering automatic emails every day (unless you want them!).  Instead, we will discuss your precise requirements and help to customise the system to make sure you get the information you need without the data taking over!

Data is held on our own protected RoadEye server indefinitely.  So you can use the system for instantaneous visual data checking, ongoing monitoring of the fleet, timesheet completion purposes (this is where an automatic email once a week to the Payroll Section may be helpful) or for historical verification purposes.

You tell us how you want the information shown and we will work with you to develop the most appropriate reports and method of download.  This said, to give you a flavour of the most frequently used formats, these can include:

  • Journey Report
Details all journeys within the selected time period, by vehicle, group of vehicles or the whole fleet.

  • Summary Report
Details a Summary of all journeys within the selected time period, by vehicle, group of vehicles or the whole fleet.

Reports the time and position when the PTO has been activated

       example,

    •  Gritter activation
    •  Grass cutter arms lowerd
    •  Door opened on trailers
    •  Temperature alerts
    •  PTO Deployment View

  • Start/Stop Report
Displays a map and text item for each stop of a selected minimum duration the vehicle makes.

  • Text Only Start/Stop
Lists only a text item for each stop the vehicle makes.

  • Exception Report
This details any situation defined as an “exception”, e.g. when a vehicle is moved outside a controlled time band.

  • Text Alert
Message is automatically sent to a mobile phone or email address in pre-determined alert situation, e.g. driving a grass-cutter with blades down, unauthorised opening of trailer doors.
