Right Job, Right Place, Right Time
Workforce is a complete modular software package which, when combined with the RoadEye vehicle tracking system and Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs), can offer complete control of jobs going through the workflow, from enquiry to invoicing.
Developed by our partners, Aegis Engineering Systems and Geobuild Projects, the software primarily enables the development of a comprehensive customer database, job booking and work scheduling system. Optional modules can be added to link to mobile data terminals which then allow the automatic issue of job completion reports and invoice production immediately following download of data from the terminals.
Features of each module include:
Job Booking:
- Rapid customer identification via ID number or postcode
- New customer details can be entered directly onto the system
- Allows multiple users

Customer Database:
- Central recording of all customer details
- User-definable record fields

- Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms

Work Scheduling:
- Instant scheduling for each job entered
- Immediate customer appointment confirmation
- Staff notification of job allocations via fax, email, MDT, SMS or voice
- Optimisation of scheduled work, based on staff availability, time-slots available, travel distance/time and vehicle limits
Mobile Data Terminal:
- Receive job status/completion information from your mobile workforce in real time.
- Allocate jobs to mobile workers without them having to return to base
- Enter new and follow-up bookings
- Parts control/ordering
Job Completion Reports:
- Automatically issue job completion reports by post, fax or email
- Produces a record of work done and parts used
- Track SLA compliance
- When used in conjunction with MDT reports, these can be issued the same day
Invoicing:
- Automatically issue customer invoices, either immediately, weekly or monthly
- Includes full details of work done and parts used
- Payment status is recorded in customer database
- Email notification of invoice can be issued to customers when hard-copy is issued.
